The latest book about holographic display technology was published by CRC Press and was written by Hans Bjelkhagen and David Brotherton-Ratcliffe. From May 3th till June 9th cultural center “De Melkweg” in Amsterdam organized an exhibition about Rudy Berkhout and what he meant for holographical arts. The exhibition was opened with a presentation by the holography expert Walter Spierings, director of Dutch Holographic Laboratory. He gave the audience an introduction in holographic techniques and he explained in which ways the works of Rudie Berkhout are important for the holographic arts.
